Unable to login in from Plarium Play App v3.0.0

I updated the Plarium Play App v3.0.0. When I login in I get an error message.  I posted the screenshot https://prnt.sc/ngttyd

Now I can only login using the browser but cannot login from the Plarium Play App v3.0.0

Also, in my 45+ year career as a software architect we ALWAYS followed one important rule. DEBUG IT BEFORE YOU DEPLOY IT!

I have the same problem. http://prntscr.com/ngv0nd.  I am on Age of War; Farwol's Crown. The link I gave is the error message I get when attempting to load the game. 

I tried to load Throne and it worked fine. 

I am on a Windows 10 system.

There is a problem after the update of the Plarium Play App 3.

Players are reset to level 1 on the browser:

Same problem here, update from v.2.2.0 to 3.0.0, was working prior to 3.0.0

Deleted Cache folder, no help in that.

Platform: plarium.com

Additional info: Game loads up too 100% and throws the error shown in screenshots in posts above.

Hi. It's not reset, though it may appear like it. Check the server you are on and select the correct one. You will find the server selection above your Hero's iventory profile/button. Should say Dark Plains, Untamed Lands and or Farwol's Crown. Picture below. Hope that helps.

Is there anyway to return to the previous version of the app?  Version 3 doesn't work.

This has been brought to Plariums attention I hope for a fix soon as they are working on it.

They have requested that you try Deleting the App and try reinstalling it again and see if it works

And I have tried to go back to an older version of the app that I had on my hard drive, but it still forced me to update to the broken version. 

That's what we get for me being tired of upgrading to a newer version by downloading it manually.

Gotta love those forced updates.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it and that did not work. As I said above, in the ver 3 app I can open Thrones, but not Age of War.
