Given that many of you are reporting trouble with the game being stuck on the loading screen in different threads, I thought it prudent to create a separate area where such reports can be processed with ease. If you are unable to load, please post here with the following information:
Google Chrome is up to date
Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Intel Core 2.20 GHz with 6 GB
Window 10 64 Bit
Loading stuck at 96%
Good idea to create a separate area
win 10 (official), chrome updated, 4G RAM, 32 bits, 2 cores
No problem with the last games on steam or other platforms .I am playing Starcraft II the legacy of the void, no problem

System specs are within norm, should be working well under normal circumstances. I'll doubt-check with devs. On your part, have you tried the desktop app? And did you try another browser? Firefox, perhaps.Google Chrome is up to date

Having the same problem, tried everything you said, mostly on 72-90% loading, sometimes it loads then will freeze. chrome, opera, mozilla and desktop app dont work. can you guys look into this? thanks...

This is my account. I sent a lot of screens from my account and explained what did not work. I explained that i can not play, but I can go on the first screen. Not possible to use the screen of the map of the whole cities (I sent a copy of my screen)
Not possible to read my messages, to do a quest, etc etc.....
In one word : not possible to play

It does seem like your PC is at the very lowest bar of system requirements for the new engine. Hopefully, the planned update will fix that, but so far it's likely the cause of the loading issues. I'll pass the note on to the devs.Windows 7

This seems to be an issue with your PC struggling from what I can see from the specs that you provided. Try to close al unnecessary programs and only launch Chrome with one tab for Sparta - see if there is any difference in performance and let me know.I need a lot of time to enter the game.Usually it freezes after 1 or 2 minutes.

I launch only Chrome and I don't have unnecessary programs running.
If I launch sparta with only one tab, it freezes at 72%. I discovered (hazard) that if I open another tab, then sparta goes to 100%. After that, I close the second tab....
My antivirus is avast, last version, up to date.
