indeed! I know level 50's who could stomp a higher level easily and I know of level 80's who are nearly inactive and are easy pickings!

What difference does it make if you get your levels through buying them, or buying an army and losing it? Losing your entire army is the fastest way to get experience.

Experience depends on whether or not you value skill or level.

High level? Great, you have a ton of experience.

Good at the game? Great, you have a ton of experience.

Experience is the knowledge or mastery of an event or subject gained through involvement in or exposure to it

If you buy experience it means you werent involved in jack or were exposed to jack.

Now get ready to experience something

Is it just me or everytime Plarium brings something stupid out everyone disagree and only moderators agree. It looks like ass licking to me...do you get payed better keeping good word for them

Here's where I think our issue is.

You believe experience to be one single thing, no matter what.

I believe it's separate into experience points (the number), and actual experience (skill). 

Buying experience points doesn't equate to actual skill. I agree. Before the change, you could buy 10,000 Agema Horseman and throw them all into positions and get X experience. I do not consider that as developing skill, but it seems you consider it worth the experience? We disagree on this.

If it is a matter of semantics, would you prefer us to change the name to level points?

they are buying experience points, not the experience itself, the experience itself is what makes you better, not the accrual of points ;)

It's a game tradition. All games with levels call it experience.

Edit: You're confusing experience with experience points. "An experience point (often abbreviated to Exp or XP) is a unit of measurement used in many role-playing games (RPGs) and role-playing video games to quantify a player character's progression through the game." From wikipedia, the same place you got your definition of experience.
