Also as I just logged in I see my ability to comment on the sparta FB page has been taken away. Dimitri, please explain why this has happened and what rule I broke for this has happened already 3 times. Thanks

Reducing the cost of Veterency status by upgrading this bonus allows you to pay less for upgrading your units with the Orichalcum in Pantheons.
When at maximum level, improving the maximum emporia search bonus allows you to control one more emporia.

No, nothing to do with that issue, I know about that one already. This guy is supposed to be on my contact list and he isn't there, no pic or not. He isn't existing on my contacts list, but when I hover over is city (second pic) it shows he is already a contact. Then the first pick, his city should be showing up and it isn't out of my 9 pages of contacts.
