Now the staff have closed the topics, and it is against the "rules" to ask about these things, or to speak about the wrong doing of the staff towards customers.

They tell us all is ok, and we break no rules, , , ,  but we broke them in the past by doing this very thing. 

Now i understand you have banned more people - the reason is spam to the forum, this is exactly what happened in the past.

First you tell us that it is not against the rules to share computers, then you tell us that it is ok for us to use the forums after other mods threatened to have our game accounts punished, and give us life time bans.

No rules were broken by any of us.  All of us are very clear on the rules other than the ones forum staff reading rules wrong to punish people that speak their minds in the forums.

1.  the game forced half the players to move to a test server that was not working at all when flash support ended.

2. people complained and demanded to be returned to the working server, or have all players force moved to keep things fair.

3. mods told us to drop the topic as it was going to happen regardless of our wishes

4. mods gave lifetime bans to people that participated in this topic, they accused us of spaming the foums by creating multi accounts and posting, and told us our accounts were in danger of being banned as well

5. support remove the bans on half the effected soldiers/families that share comuters 

6. you tell us it is not against any rules to share computers but now you tell us we knowingly broket the rules or did not read them ?????? and we are at fault ????

Are we going to be banned for this or not ?    You double talk to us and treat us like we are fools.

I don't have any alternative accounts. I've only ever had one. I don't have enough time to log into one account daily so many would not be plausable.

Yes I was banned by the community manager at the time. The reason given was to share a computer, not to have multiple accounts.

Deadlock, as I told, 3-4  years ago there was a restriction to have alts accounts, so maybe the players were banned in that time.Most probably it was the admin who banned you, as it is not the mods job to check if the player have alts or not. You didn't break any rule so don't worry if you will get a ban.Players can protest as much as they want, but in decent way. So, please tell to the players, not to afraid to post to the forum, if they following the forum rules.Mods have an understanding as we are players too.Please forward to the players that they  can read  the rules  if they click on forum rules file, as my screenshot showing.I can assure you that there is a lot of participation to Plarium's FB community page, but  it is very rare for the  mods  to  give a life ban  to a player.I'm a moderator in there too, so Vanesa is.😉

At the risk of being banned myself, I also need to know the answer to this problem. I am like many of my coalition, I share a computer and i was banned for this.

My ban was lifted, but some were not.  I have not posted in forums since as the moderator then told us we can have our accounts "frozen" for computer sharing.

Our former hedge from BirGods "MG" was banned for life from the forums for sharing a computer years ago and posting about significant issues at the time. He believes it is still banned.

Many of us are still afraid to post in forums.

This is an issue that was raised in previous threads years ago and was closed by the moderators with no solution. Reviving this topic might be against forum policy and I don't want any problems with the current moderators.

Forums are a wreck and most likely beyond repair.

It is starting to feel like this conversation is going around in a circle.

I am back where i started with this topic.  Confusion about what is a breach of rules.

If the moderators are not able to tell us if this is or is not breaking rules, can we PLEASE get a solid answer from our community manager?

I feel this is now an issue that needs to be sorted.

You say mods and admins do not ban players wihtout reason, but this was obviously not the case.

We all recieved messages when we were banned, and it told us why.  Using more than one account from a single computer.

I thought we sorted this out - and moderators agreed with support that this is not against the rules of the forums.

Also it is obvious that you are not correct here.  You say players can only be unbanned if theyagree to read the rules and follow them.  None of the parties involved agreed to read the rules, or were asked to.  About half had their bans lifted without even requesting it after this issue was brought up with support.

It still seems to be a serious issue as even our moderators can not agree on what exactly is a breach of rules in the forums.   And it seems like you are giving us fale information.  Perhaps this is also a big part of why everyone left.

Banshee, yes, it is why the players don't know why they were banned, or  what rules they broke, because never got interested to give a look to the rules, or just ignored them. The rules are old as the game is , and  they are the same for all Plarium's games' forums or FB community pages 🙂
