Plarium's response was horrendous and to see Moderators on this forum backing up the company is shocking. Mods are supposed to be the gobetween for us players and the company.

As I said above. I have killed my account on all three servers. I shall no longer give my hard earned cash to a company that laughs at their customers and spits in their faces when they dare complain. 

I am done.

I forgot to add that I have uninstalled the game and I will not be back any time soon.

The tournament is over, but the troops I employed in the Persian positions and to conquer the emporiums did not automatically return to the acropolis or even to the infirmary.
I believe at this point that Plarium has not kept his word.

The troops are in process to be returned, I already have feedback from players in FB server that they are coming back to the acropolis, so I assume that in Plarium. com they are coming back as well-

Remember that the evaluation and return is study case per case, so, not all players will have the troops back same time.

If you have doubts about the state of your account on the matter, please write support :) 

They will inform you.

Indeed, I'm a player. Not a coiner, just a small spender. 7 years playing in FB server 1. A long way.

I buy battle pass most months or Heroic pass once every 4-6 months. 

As a small spender (almost non-coiner) I understand what you are saying, but the decision of purchasing is on the player's side, not Plariums.

Of course for a player like me, it's hard to present battle to a heavy coiner, that's where the coalition and Union jump in. I saw big coiners with huge armies splat into average account´s wall builded by a Union, so it's part of the strategy of how you wanna play.

Other players prefer not to defend their city at all. I´m a defensive player so I prefer to fight in my well-constructed city.

I'm pointing at this because you seem a little suspicious about me as a player.

Yes, I am a player and as a mod my priority is to get the optimized gaming experience in Sparta, the only game I play.

I agree about the game could use a lot of nice PVP rewards and that indeed its a lot of clicking lately involved. 

Is true that we can choose the way to play the game, also is true that we are looking for profit and the best profit is on the clicking side, not troops involved. 

I hope Plarium is thinking about improving the PVP rewards and tournaments.

22 days of boosters is a nice gift, not satisfactory at all just standing along, but there were a lot of other compensations... the biggest is the return of troops invested the first day of the Tournament.

I remember a few years ago someone told me:

"the enemies are not the players, the enemy is plarium"

There is a lot of truth in that phrase, a truth that is clear with what happened recently

I'm ready to quit this game if more players decide to do it and punish the scammer

I don't believe that the plarium give  back honestly what the players lost and I don't believe that the plarium should give back off or def that the players lost ber to calculate what the players got for the prize the same if one of the players is against another player they have to calculate what going back to the city it's all too much to calculate .
The only real way out of this is to give the reward they promised at the beginning of the tournament and no one can complain  we all had the same chance to play I didn't play and I don't mind if the players get the reward they were promised 

Just for the sake of interest, I'm interested in how many of you moderators are from the Ros  Union just to know who we're complaining to here

I don't see myself backing up the company as you said. In fact, I didn't.

I worked with the community manager to get suitable compensation, since the original rewards were not going to be delivered. I had a lot of feedback regarding the solution and most found it ok.
