Let me explain the purpose of this topic and why it was created.
1. It has nothing to do with Online Chats.
The only advantage of Online Chat is that you received almost immediate response from Community Manager. Now, even without Online Chats holding each week, you can leave your feedback on Forum either in the Game discussion, News and Announcements or WebGL threads.
You still will receive reply to your concerns, the difference is that it won't be done so fast as with Online Chat.
2. Feedback and complains are different things.
If you're not happy about something it's not enough to come and say "I don't like this feature. You must remove it".
We all are different and if you don't like smth doesn't mean all players in the game don't like it as well. If you have a negative feedback on a feature you need to come and say " I don't like this feature because....." and list constructive arguments why you don't like this feature.
3. Please treat moderators with more respect. They're not Plarium employees, they're working on Forum because they want to spend their spare time on helping you, on replying to your questions and on sharing their experience with you.
As any person, they can't know everything and they can make mistakes. Because we all can.

yes mortee, i have been asking many times that internal communication in plarium department must improve, because it would save lots of problems and issues.
not only coma´s, mods, vip agents, but also marketing & devs departments etc, all should have more & open communication and knowledge so they dont confront themselves.
