Hello Father Jack. Yes, other Danish players have issues as well with their Plarium Play account.  A lot of Danish players gave their Plarium Play log file so the managers informed us :<<After a deep investigation, we found out that the issue is on the providers’ side.
So, we can only advise VPN in this case. >>                                                                                                  Some  Danish players managed to log in via the Proton VPN, they chose the Australian of the Japanese  servers choice, and they deactivated the VPN when they managed to log in to their city, as the VPNs give a slow game. I don't know if it will work for you, but I haven't any other advice. Please inform me if you and your teammates will manage to log in via the Proton  VPN. Just use the free option.

I found a free VPN and it seems to bypass the problem for now. It's limited to 10GB / month thou

Also good to know that this is only a problem related to the intial launch of the Plarium Play app (since I can disconect VPN after login) It means the limit should never become a problem.

Guess my provider will fix this eventually

What is going on with plarium . lastely the game is a big mess . Firstly  plarium  robbed players with their big lie concerning ely units fix improvement . and after they lunched a new event so they can distract players and make them forget the ely mess . Worst, the game is not even playable . 2 days cant loggin the game . Even after uninstalling the application i tried to install it again .But after 1hr i see the loading is stuck at 5% . which is not nomal . i usually download the application in less than 30 min . Archon, have you tried resetting the cache in the Plarium Play application and updating the game again? 

i did . and aiso the game session  is on auto-update

Sometimes we might have loading issues for various s reasons  we start with rebooting our PC, and if nothing is changed you can try to install the Plarium Play again by clicking on this link https://plarium.com/en/plarium-play/?fbclid=IwAR1bXvQWQYkFAkOsmnqHdoMPQ8wcgYBAk4OxrDdpZcr5-I0ZoPA91jwTDCs if it won't help, it is the time to contact the support,  so they will guide you. They might ask you for your Plarium Play  log file. If you don't know what it is, we will help you to find it.

I have removed/reinstalled Plarium 3 times with computer reboots, no change;

Tried to use old installer, it won't let me;

Figured it out from a forum about the same problem with Shadow Legends ... installed this framework:

well the frame work did not work for me, have cleaned out every thing and reinstated the programe ect, but nothing works has any one any sugestions ?

I have the same problem. Nothing suggested works for me. Even the installation on another computer stops at 99%. Contacted support, they have no solution.

I also have same problem now , tryed everthing. Would like some information on how to fix this problem.

Hello. Sorry for the late reply. To be able to download the Launcher and to play, our PC has to be qualified with what the Plarium System requires, or if you have them, you might have a full disk so you cannot download more files, and you have to erase something that you don't need. Please check the requirements.
