YES please. if possible implement this confirmation box.
Please add this "Are you Sure" feature, as this RECALL button is pretty dangerous, and essentially an irreversible action. Confirmation feature is key. Great idea !

And about it making the game slower, remove some of the useless confirmations, like this one:
Can anyone think of a reason why you should not open all boxes at once?
same with collecting 2 or more combine awards in the black market.
