hello i have a problem with two PCs with windows 10 32 bit after the last update of PLARIUM PLAY it doesn't work anymore it doesn't start telling me that i don't have a windows program or it contains an error i tried to uninstall and reinstall for 25 times but without success .... every time I try to start it it gives me the same error ... I hope you will solve it as soon as possible thanks.

I am not sure where to post tjis.  Half the time I login and goto my joint ops, I am asked to join a combine.  I have been in a combine since day 3.  Been playing for a little over 3 years.  Why is this happening?  I usually have to re-fresh 1 or 2 times for it to correct.  It is a hassle.  

I have a player that his computer crashed and he cannot access his base after he redown loaded his game can you help him ?

I have a problem to load Soldiers:

Since Firefox 74.0, the loading always stop at 84%

If I try the incognito mode, the loading stop at 95%.

I installed the update 74.0.1, but nothing changed.

When I use Chrome,the loading can work once, and since the game ask you to reload it all the time, I must restart the whole browser, not the tab of the game.

I have KASPERSKY for antivirus, and I ask it to exclude facebook apps, that can be a problem on the website, but nothing change.

I just had to click on the "radio" to read the "Mr Black" report and nothing... The game remains blocked on this application. I progress anyway because I know how the game works well... but I lose a lot of rewards because I not follow the tutorial for progression in constructions etc... can you give any words about the server issues some hours ago?

The server was down for around 2 full hours, same to the forum. I would like and prefer to see an Server-Status somewhere or Status via Forum, which is running, when the server is down?

I thought, that my pc or my internet connection or my client was not working - so therefore I would be glad and happy for a Information about the server status (green / red dot) - I did install the plarium play, which was working to download and update it but couldn't log in.
