Almost a year ago, we added one more platform where you could play RAID: Shadow Legends - Facebook Cloud Games. The service itself was available in numerous countries, and we hope you enjoyed this journey. At the very beginning of the year 2024, the journey comes to an end, and RAID won’t be available on this platform anymore.
In light of these events, we’d like to make sure all Raiders who have been playing our game using Facebook Cloud, save their game progress and continue fighting for Teleria on alternative platforms. All the purchases that you make through Facebook Cloud will be accessible in your account even after the game closure on the platform, no need to worry about that.
To save your progress on other platforms, just log into the game with Facebook on your phone and link your account to Plarium ID.
You’ll be able to transfer your game progress from Facebook Cloud to Plarium Play, only from your smartphone - it cannot be done from PC.

I don't understand. My screens don't look like any of the screens shown in the how-to photos. I have a Plarium ID and play Raid Shadow Legends on my laptop. I can see the game on my mobile phone but find it too hard to navigate around on the tiny screen. I don't believe I've ever played the game on or connected to Facebook Cloud. How can I be sure?

If you have never played through Facebook website then you don't have to worry about it. This is for people who were only playing via Facebook's website and not using Plarium Play or Mobile
i started game on mobile when it first came out, and i cant play that account onPlariumPlay becose it opens some other account . and support dont know how to fix it seams becose i give them all the info exept year and month of game becose i dont remember that and they say that they can't find me :) come on im logon every day
You can continue using your same email but you only have to link to plarium id that's all and start via Facebook after linking your emails to plarium id you will continue with your accounts as they are that's all and that's very good because of the theft issue of accounts linked to Facebook
So the only way I can play this game in 2024 will be through a smartphone, which I don't have? Would a tablet work? What would be the speccs required? (I have an Amazon Fire Tablet) I work from home on the pc, so it was easy for me to play Raid by tabbing in and out. If you're removing the only platform I can play on, I assume I'll be getting a full refund for all the money I've spent on the game for the past year? Oh and I live in a very rural area, so don't have a smartphone because I can't get a signal and can't justify buying one just to play Raid on, and that's assuming I could even use a smartphone throigh wi-fi. Yes, I,m elderly and not very tech savvy.

Not very helpful to those of us who don't have a smartphone. This is why I asked if a tablet would work. Some feedback from Plarium on this would be really helpful.
On the plus side, if I can't, I'll at least save a fair bit of money every month.
