I am away from home for the week in a hotel.  I can access there wifi and I have tried using my phone as a hotspot.  All I get is a white screen and nothing more.  I am within 4 days of getting my Visix the Unbowed.  Have to go to sleep now will try driving around and using other wifi systems.  I am no techie.

Can you describe your exact issues? What operating system are you on? Are you using Plarium Play?

Did you do a full uninstall first?

I have even more issues now.  Played Vikings no problems.  Switched to play Throne and now I need login>no problem attempted login and game refused to allow to play Throne and that was hours ago.  It still refuses to log me in and I've checked by password.  It works otherwise I would not be able to sign in here.  I was having same issue with Plariumplay but then found BlueStacks since I play only on my PC.  I've been lodging complaints for days now.

I have been having issues as well with the launcher. I tried to install it on my windows 8 computer and comes up with an error saying it stopped so i have gone through deleted all files and rebooted and still same issue. I have sent enough requests in to ask for help and i am not getting anywhere. Is there somewhere else where the file used to work that i can download it from? Why isnt plarium techies on this?

Have you ever had it installed on this particular PC?

Am still having this issue. I have completely uninstalled the application, removed watever residual files I found from Windows Registry Editor and installed again. Have done this atleast a dozen times now in the past 2 months and still Plarium Play is not working. Its stuck on the loading screen with the pulsating logo. Did anyone find any solutions ?

I've the same problem. I've done all of the required steps (reinstall, clear cache, even reestablished a virtual windows instance of windows 11) with no luck. Would love to get this resolved.

I just get Plarium app loading up to a black screen.  Been doing this for about a week.  Task manager shows so many of it running and no matter how many I shut there's another pops up.  Like the game platform itself is a trojan.  Really frustrating.  Please someone help!

i have problems starting plarium application to start a game. 

it does not load . 

i uninstalled it , i reinstalled it , i reinstalled net framework 4.8 , even reinstalled directx , cleared any registry entery that mentions plarium delete the folders , reinstalled the plarium client  ,rebooted pc , rebooted modem to change ip adress , nothing happens . 

i can see in the task manager 6 instances of "PlariumPlay.exe" , one "PlariumPlay.exe *32"  , a "PlariumPlayInfo.exe" and "PlariumPlayClientService.exe" 

it stucks to a logo with an animation and nothing more except that it also loads the  tray icon .. 

the tray icon , has the option to close plarium play , witch is the only action that i can do . 

the client seems to notice when there is no internet connection and then the plarium play loads and notifys about the lack of internet connection  .

all the above in a windows 7 x64 operating system , that previously  ,was working fine . 

i think it was after a server maintainance break (no pun intended ) . 

i figure out that it is a connection error  , and using a vpn as stated in the forum many times to help those type of problems, solved the problem . 

Similar problem. Since yesterday I can't play. At first I couldn't just run game (Raid), but now even Plarium Play don't work. It just stuck on loading screen. So I only see a rectancle with logo "Plarium play". I tried to reinstall but, but I can't even reinstall...
