Mine too ~!!!!!! Keep PEnding or RUNNING with NOT RESPONSIVE.... can we play it in BROWSER since it so irritating to restart more than 10 times in PC ?

I've the same problem. I've done all of the required steps (reinstall, clear cache, even reestablished a virtual windows instance of windows 11) with no luck. Would love to get this resolved. 

since 48 hours plarium play strategic games not loading.Reach 99% after not happen, more. 

I uninstalled, reinstall, changing password, examining drivers in microsoft tools, situation is unchanging.At now need to be Plarium fixing the problem.

I have the same problem only a few houers per day can i play the game and with alot of "Retry".

Please Plarium fix the game

hi plarium, after every battle the game is not loading and have to reload but its not working. please fix the problem

I am away from home for the week in a hotel.  I can access there wifi and I have tried using my phone as a hotspot.  All I get is a white screen and nothing more.  I am within 4 days of getting my Visix the Unbowed.  Have to go to sleep now will try driving around and using other wifi systems.  I am no techie.

Can you describe your exact issues? What operating system are you on? Are you using Plarium Play?

Did you do a full uninstall first?

I have been having issues as well with the launcher. I tried to install it on my windows 8 computer and comes up with an error saying it stopped so i have gone through deleted all files and rebooted and still same issue. I have sent enough requests in to ask for help and i am not getting anywhere. Is there somewhere else where the file used to work that i can download it from? Why isnt plarium techies on this?

Have you ever had it installed on this particular PC?

Am still having this issue. I have completely uninstalled the application, removed watever residual files I found from Windows Registry Editor and installed again. Have done this atleast a dozen times now in the past 2 months and still Plarium Play is not working. Its stuck on the loading screen with the pulsating logo. Did anyone find any solutions ?

Similar problem. Since yesterday I can't play. At first I couldn't just run game (Raid), but now even Plarium Play don't work. It just stuck on loading screen. So I only see a rectancle with logo "Plarium play". I tried to reinstall but, but I can't even reinstall...

i uninstall and reinstall PC launcher but nothing change, big freeze since CVC when i whant to upgrade artefacts or food, and sometime at the end of a run.

every time RSL whant to transmit data to server i have freeze 30 sec... 1 minutes some time. 

i have no probleme with phone RSL

Same here. Nothing helps. Plarium play shows logo and few processes hangin around in task manager. Tryed VPN, restart PC, kill processes and restart - nothing helps. Very disappointing and annoying. I had same problems a month ago or so. Reinstalled it few times and oneday it worked. It worked well few last weeks and now same crap. No logs, no errors, no messages to user - nothing. Like a fucking spit in the face. Considering users as idiots, not giving any details, so we can not later provide any details to support.
