Support said to update to version 1.15.2 but it’s not available to download on Apple store so they are aware of the issue. Might take a couple of days. Pretty common on updates especially with games that flood ads when logging in.

Hey guys if your on IOS go to your App Store and check for your updates on app version 1.15.2 will be there. Don’t search for raid in App Store it won’t be there.

Well it works now, and as an apology they gave me some energy and three blue shards. 

As I said earlier, I’m done. Over 24 hours and I couldn’t access the game, and I have no assurances this wont happen again.  Screw that
