What code are you trying to use?

is this a brand new device that has never had Raid on it?

This is the worst redemption system I've seen. Aside from it taking a stupid amount of effort to actually redeem a code, the 24 hour lock on code redemption AND a 72 hour lockout on "new player" codes when you have more than 3 on offer is just dumb, dumb, dumb.

Not to mention, I've had only one code work (while my friend had a diff pair of codes work and not the code I used lol)-- rest of my codes say already redeemed already, which is false. What a sh*t show.

I'm a completely new player who's never downlaoded Raid before and I'm literally having the same problem!!

I'm a brand new player, Raid has never been installed on my device. I try to enter a promo code, and get the "processing" message to pop up. Then it goes away, I'm still on the promo code screen, and nothing else happens. No error message, no confirmation of code. Nothing saying expired or only for new players. Nothing. I've submitted a ticket, but I'm guessing my account will be more than 24 hours old before I get a response, so no code for me

I deleted my raid account, Uninstalled raid just so I could create a new account, that way I can get apothecary, I typed in the code and it says this code is for new players only. I mean come on this is so frustrating... why make it so hard to get these Champs, is the only way for me to get apothecary really buying a new device?

The promo code WELCOMEGIFT is advertised everywhere as a wrking promo code but i cant seem to get it to work. Is it conditional? Some comments are of people saying they have gotten it to work but others cant.

I started raid shadow legends today and I'a now level 16 and I can't use supreme6 promo code for new player...Is there any process to claim new player promo code..
