almost 3 days here my email and password was changed by someone from Taiwan, after 2days waiting they answered me to my ticket that i created 2weeks ago with other bug problem(nice reaction time) xD and they want from me now evidence to prove that is my account, after couple screenshots that i send to them with following instructions still silence
do they really think after 2 weeks i will change my email and passowrd and then create next ticket with my account issue about that my account was stolen for fun or what ? this is not enough evidence ? why it take so long and noone response to me, what else i can do to prove my right, do i really have to tell them about my champs i've got, my teams i used and progression where i been?, no problem but i need to know what they really want to know and if someone is still working there
It is really a shame how you deal with your customer. I spend a lot of money to this game and get nothing back. It was not our fault, that YOU was hacked and WE lost our accounts ....
For me it is an incredible loss of confidence. I am not going to spend another dollar on this game.
I got an automatic response that doesnt help ... there are many account that have been hacked always from taiwan ... since i answered to the automatic email i am waiting for help ... and to make sure ... the taiwan group does not hack my email account ...... they hacked the plarium account without having a password
why it is possible to change a email adress without a secure check at the "old" email adress ? stupid

Yes you'll need to provide all of that information for them to be able to recover your account for you.

ye ye ye it only shows how they work if they are oveloaded like you say, sometimes i feel there is only 1 person that have to deal with 10000 tickets in day
Really ? It could be so easy ... if you get an ticket with this problematik, just look at the Log file and make sure there was an login from Taiwan and after that a change of the email adress. Then just reset the account to the former email adress and everything works .... takes only one minute
