I had the exact same "ban" as well. Sent Support ticket, got automated response same as you guys. Mine happened right after I bought the $40 Gold Season pass thing and was in the middle of collecting rewards when I got booted. This 24-hr "ban" will also mean that I miss achieving/collecting my Day 1 Season rewards, for which I would like to be compensated for.

I have had the exact same issue. Banned due to "technical issues". What is that garbage?!?!?! I have paid way too much for Plarium to do this type of stuff. I am not a whale but I am very very very far from F2P. This is totally unacceptable. They give Dracomorphs to whales and shaft us?!?!?!?!

How can I get someone to talk to me about my so called ban? I've lost items on the mailbox and from the daily rewards.

I can now get into the game, but my progression from several days back until now has all been rolled back. The Gold Battle Pass I bought has been deactivated, yet I have not been issued a refund. What a cluster...
