When i send the referral link and my friend opens it he gets the error that this game can't be installed on this device yet.. try it on your mobile.. but that is exactly where he is trying it..

I'm having the same issue. Sent it to my friend who has an Apple phone, I sent the link from an Android phone and it says cant be installed on the device yet, try it on your mobile... on his MOBILE...
Would love one of the tech team to give us some feedback or at least note the problem and let us know they are working on it.

I found this game recently, I invited my 3 friends by separates referrals links. They never had this game on their phones - they never heard about it. From 3 invitations only one works and they all are above level 20. We are even in the same, created by us clan...

Do "they" even plan to do anything about that? Because player disappointment is a not good way to promote your game🙄

It isn't possible for you and to get a rewards thru referal link, because your wife downloaded this game from the store. Even if she clicked on your referal link right after downloading, it won't count.

Hoe are supposed to provide the information to you. I put in a multiple tickets to support and they are all automatically closed. What is the process to getting this resolved?Could you please give me your Player ID?
