this game is so rigged its not even right, packs change price based on how often you buy things. How is this legal?  This is the worst game I have ever played when it comes to microtransactions

The game is not meeting my expectations and I would like a full refund about $2500 USD. Additional reasons: Your predatory money grab tactics, constant technical issues, lack of logical agronomics of the game, scammy "rng" shard pull and lack of decent costumer service. 

I got the starter pack thinking that it would give me 12 good champions I just barley bought it I want a refund

I also would like a refund of all purchases.

Everything I need to upgrade, ascend, and rank are kept from me, no matter how much I win.

For example: I always get lesser potions, nothing greater . . . is this by design to make me purchase more useless stuff?

I love playing, but I'm not paying every time I change a artifact, THIS IS INSANE . . . I would think a membership fee would be smart. We join and then we get the rewards we are entitled to, rather than Raid's algorhyms stalling our games for money$. SO MANY abusive things youy do to your average players.
