I have written down all 13 factions and have ascended them twice marking them off as I went. My progress is stuck at 11 of 13. Please help

I went down the index making sure I didnt miss any. Its Stuck at 7 of 13. I have no way to know which ones counted. Please fix this!

I have ascended twice now and am stuck at 12 of 13. The time, energy and possible progress from rewards and not wasting materials. This needs to be fixed

Yes same, numerous attempts at trying to ascend champions of factions and still on count of 1. They have set the perimeters to certain levels and not informed us. Not wasting any more potions! Yet another Palarium glitch. Have not complained before but really running out of patience with these guys now! Never have I experienced such incompetence with any game ever in over 20+ years of gaming. This company takes the biscuit! 

Same problem... I did 12/13 and it only says 7/13... Hoping for a solution.

Same here. I have ascended 8 or 9 and was only credited with 1. What a crock. How do we get support aware of this so I don't waste all my energy for this. I am not happy spending $25 on the battle pass and this is a huge glitch. Like everyone says how am I supposed to keep track? I should of written it down but when it says 1 and I ascended 8-9 how am I supposed to know which one it accepted. 

I have the same problem i am Stuck 12/13 champions 

+1 noticed it after first four, only 2/4. Kept going with next four, now I'm 5/8

Same issue as well. Stuck on 9/13 even though I have ascended twice for each fraction. Is there a hidden requirement like stars?

Same here pretty much wasted all my all my resources trying to do it. Stuck at 3/13 and now probably wont be able to complete it even if they fix it.

Same issue as everyone else stuck at 9, I marked a list off as I went so knew which I needed an ascended all factions this is bs

I have done 13, done about half a second time and have 0/13. What do i do? What counts and doesn't count? Wouldn't bother me if this was free, but i paid for it.

Plarium! Where’s the fix!? We updated and there’s still jack all in the fix department. We expect better for our $25!

I also have the same problem. Stuck at 11 and have done it 2 time.
