From what I’ve noticed through testing is that when his passive procs, it seems like it’s either a 30% chance of extending each individual debuff, or it bases the chance of extending the individual debuffs on accuracy. Basically meaning that it’s not across the board in either scenario, though I know accuracy does play a part in whether the debuff will be extended. Very misleading in either case and lowers the overall value of this champ, making him not as useful as one would expect. A straight 30% across the board, minus separate accuracy requirement, would have him see a lot more playtime, instead of collecting cobwebs and dust in the vault.
