I have been having the same issue for the entire day and have not had anything but auto responses for over 12 hours. If it wasn't the dracomorph summoning boost I wouldn't mind and left it. Like I have in the past but both my weekly and monthly only need today to complete it but i cant claim at all. Player ID um18092102 | 17820478. Even if they could reset today I could still finish in time to summon for the event.

The rewards were claimed. This button has no way to display the status of "Claimed". Therefore, it is just gray

I'm having a similar problem. I am clicking the whole "claiming area" so I don't know if I got the 10 gems. HOWEVER, what I do know is that the "claiming counter" did not move. I have 2 accounts that I play daily and are in sync.
One account reads "Claim the reward for completing all daily quests 5 times - 4/5"
Other account reads "Claim the reward for completing all daily quests 5 times - 3/5"
Counter did not move. And this is a problem because I specifically synced both my accounts to make it easier for myself.
