Followed every step people have listed and still stuck at 2/6.  WHY IS THIS AN ON-GOING PROBLEM FOR OVER TWO YEARS??????

Appearently you cannot remove artifacts from a already equiped character and replace them with new attack artifactes.  Haven't tried removing all artifacts at once which may work but have spent enough on this as it is.  Best of Luck everyone.

Hi,

Artifacts mission is not buggen, basically  
You have to make sure that Main stat is Attack like this for exemple ( % 4  ) not flat attack like ( 4 ) took my awhile to realize White waa wrong. 

One more thing  neither you need rare champion because any Attacking champion is fine and 1 star armor works fine too dosent have to epic ones.

These steps works fine for me.
