I now have about the same problem with challenges and don't see what I'm missing. I just did the 4 champion.

This one's a bit easier, thankfully :)
Daze is a 4 piece set, which means you can effectively only have two sets (One 4 piece and one 2 piece) equipped, maximum. To do this quest you need to equip Three 2 piece sets, like Speed, Perception, Accuracy, etc.
