Thank You, I rechecked and changed Basilisk's Boots and Sun Wukon's Gloves and Boots. They were all flat & I didn't realize it. Once I changed them and raised them to 12 it completed. I feel kind of dumb for not seeing it. Thank You again.

Are you 100% certain the gloves, chest and boots on all 3 are attack%, not just flat attack?
if you're at that progress mission that should satisfy the reqs.

Can you take a screenshot of the gearing, showing the gauntlet/boots/chest to confirm their primary stats are attack%?
I have been stuck here for almost 2 weeks now. I have already equiped 7 attack champions with attack % but there is no improvment, still 2 out 3. Why oh why?? Im starting to feel bored.
