Its a small nerf but I dont understand the outrage about the severity. The percentage of people that have the gear + relic to do the PvE shenanigans already have better options.
As for the lack of testing, I get that issue since it continuously happens.
The community outrages over red dots, so not surprised here. We've had non-nerfs before and will again. Consistency a strength of both plarium testing and community crying.

As I said above, I consider the actual nerf to be mostly a non-issue, However, everything surrounding it is the real issue: from Plarium's failure to test causing the issue to telling CCs to not tell players a nerf was coming to waiting until after the Summon Rush began to announce. Those are the real problems. Anyone who spent money on shards to pull for the SR before the nerf announcement has very good reason to be upset.
I lost a veteran player from my clan last night over it. He was pissed off about it on Friday, but from his chat comments, I thought he was just gonna skip the Fusion. However, he left the clan yesterday with no warning, so I assume he quit the game over it.
I have another player who announced Saturday that he would probably be quitting the game after the fiasco of this fusion. He has not actually quit yet, so time will tell on him. He is one of the biggest spenders in my clan, and definitely not a player Plarium would want to lose.
IMO, Maria, alone, is not what is causing these reactions. Maria is merely the final straw....
Will Plarium finally learn the lessons? Unlikely.

I have several issues here. It is the lack of testing. Are they incompetent, cheap or dont give a damn about the players? This is a new gang that owns the game. Are they striving to be as incompetent as the gang they bought it from?
This game will never be "fair". Whales can spend to gain an advantage. So lets admit nothing here is "fair". I am low spend and know that I will never surpass the big spenders. All, I ask is give us all a reasonable chance. Let us win fusions or crack shards to get the same chance for the best champs. Isnt that the illusion of FTP? When FTP are actually cannon fodder for the whales.
Just noticed that the Halloween Path has no progressive chance options to select. When is the last time that happenned?
