Especially the banners, helps push those stat thresholds nicely. 

Certainly not selling any CD amulets that have CD ascension, though I don't find them as critical as the acc/res banners that have ascended well and have speed subs. 

Hope you're reqdy to invest hundreds of dollars for a chance at this guy. 

Lots of players are able to complate fusions as totally f2p players. 

Fusion ending relatively soon - don't forget to finish before Granyt goes away. 

At what point do the fusions become viable option for FTP players?   I cannot get even remotely close to obtaining all the pieces and I have been playing for 9 months.   Each set of pieces requires thousands of energy. and theree are 8-10 sets of pieces.  If I saved all my energy for these events I would not be able to play the game on a daily basis.   What am I missing?

Fusions are not typically feasible until you are getting double chests on both UNM & NM every day.  Once you are doing that, you will have a regular source of shards & gems.

Beyond that, you will want to be able to farm L20 in all of the OG Gear Dungeons. L20 is the most efficient stage for points/energy for both tournaments and Dungeon Divers.  The secret sauce comes when you can farm L20 for each Gear Dungeon with 1 or 2 toons, which allows you to earn xp for food toons, which makes Training Tourneys/Events dramatically easier to do, and also allows you to level the rares/epics for the fusion for "free".

Spider & Dragon are the easiest L20 Dungeons to farm with food.  Ice Golem is a little more difficult, and Fire Knight is the toughest because of the need to hammer the shield.

The jerk around on Leo and the leaked TMNT schedule + the shoe-horned Doorkeep event has me feeling pretty pissed.  Whether he's solid on his own or not, nuking the Leo path for a useless soul on a badly timed dwarf that will probably hose over earning April as well...Granyt's the most uselessly-timed disservice to players Plarium execs could pull.

Even if the TMNT collab wasn't going on, I would have skipped Granyt anyway, because we just had a dwarf damage dealer a few months ago.  We really don't need more dwarf damage champ fusions.  How about a shadowkin or ogryn leggo reviver?

Did the bare minumum to get the 3* for Granyt in the Path Event.  Since I did the fusion, it seemed kinda dumb to not at least get the 3*, which did not take that many resources.  

I got Titan points.  Really have nothing planned for Granyt. 

I got all relic mats and 360/400 Titan points, wand from mythical mats 😠
