Is part of the matchmaking problem that there is a low participation rate?  The game is forced to match you to someone quickly.  

I don't like the setup of the arena now where you can only filter awakened champions,  Cannot access my Master vault anymore where I keep my best players, I have to pre select champs I want to use before I enter the live arena, which is difficult cause you never know who you have play against
