Ram you can get 3-4 on but I have no clue how to do the "Deplete Duel Bar" one without taking heavy losses.

I believe Ninja can do Trial 3 Easy since he brings Dec Def and Veil on himself, plus combined with Lydia you've got Trial 1 Easy and Trial 1 Normal set. Trial 2 Easy is a bit of a gatekeeper tho, since it requires Inc Acc and to get that in you need to be REALLY careful who you bring.

Sadly I got Dark Kael and Supreme Kael confused but if anyone is lucky enough to have Supreme Kael then you are really set for the Inc Acc, Dec Res, Weaken and Poison damage covered right there

Fair enough, I can still get the top chests while focusing on trials however.

I am in a similar position to mooredrat, I can clear top chest NM easily but we only have 3 or 4 players able to hit NM and get decent scores so we aren't close to downing it yet.. 

 I am going to build gwyndoline and try her for sure however.

The new weak affinities really does affect us being able to knock out trials the same way we did last week.

I have been on the slow train to Marius all along, but definitely wish I had been pushing a bit faster after the Hydra changes messed up my teams.  Chimera just amplifies that.  

On the positive side, I just cleared the 80 immortal essence mission tonight, so I am now in the home stretch, and should be able to finish in time to pull Marius for CVC next week.

@MooredRat It took me 25 days to collect the 80.  How does that compare?

Dug back through old discord logs: took me 11 days to do the get 40 mission, thats when i had my crazy run of nothing but grey coins, and then I did the get 80 one in 14 days. That's doing 12 keys every day

No.  I did not burn gems for extra keys on any day but Sunday.

IIRC, the 40 took me 8-9 days .  

As to the original post topic, I am building Vlad to see what I can get out of him. He brings Dec Def, Leech, Block Skill, Perfect Veil....and he is Void.

Seems like he might be good to do some trials, especially if I can get good damage out of him. 

I have had Vlad since his Fragment Event in 2021, but he wasn't particularly interesting until he got a buff in 2023, but by then, I didn't need him anywhere, so he has just sat in the Vault all this time.

Time to dust him off.  

fwiw to your last point - on this affinity since Gnut lands weak hits sometimes, it's pretty clear to see that he will occasionally die on the 2nd or 3rd hit. The reason it seems like he doesn't lose health on the 2nd or 3rd hit in your situation, is because he just isn't actually dying to the hit, and his A3 heals him back to full on every hit it lands. When there's no DEF down/Weaken, his attack isn't quite hitting hard enough to actually kill him, so you see the 2nd and 3rd hits. With those debuffs, he just dies on the first hit instead.

It's order of operations:

Deals damage, heals, takes reflected damage, repeat 2x

No. The healing happens *after* the reflect. That's why it looks like he's either dying or taking no damage.

First hit happens, he heals but was probably already at or close to full health anyway, he takes damage,

Second hit happens, he heals up, then takes damage back to where he was after the first hit

Third hit happens, he heals up, then takes damage back to where he was after the first and second hits.

No duh? That's the exact point I was making, not sure why you're spelling it out like I'm a new player. Obviously he's doing less damage without those debuffs... so less is reflected...  

Also obviously he's not dying on the first hit if he's making 2nd or 3rd hits...

I said the HEALTHBAR was what looked visually strange, because it's going down and then back up only on the first hit, it never moves on the other two. Just pointing out a VISUAL thing, has nothing to do with the mechanics. I was just throwing in a tidbit for someone else. You seem to look for any opportunity to "correct" others and act like you know more. Not sure what that is about. 

I'm gonna assume Moored is right on this, based on previous track records of knowledge.

wrong thread to ask but, it depends on your roster. If you don't have any legendaries then come back now and get Alice + use a promo code for another legendary like Wukong. That's a strong start.
