Pretty crazy that with DMs, we have better communication functionality on the forums, on *this* forum, than we do in-game

Yup it's brutal, especially if more clan centric content is being implemented or planned for the future.

Oh I don't mind it overall, like I said it just wasn't clear from the getgo. So I guess that also means if you LOSE a battle it also counts towards the 2 uses? I didn't lose any battles but I'm assuming its *any* fight that counts. 

I'm also not sure what you mean by "Everyone can do 12 rebattles" because I thought you could only rebattle 3 times...

Yes, any fight uses your tickets. 

And yes, it is Mana Shrines you get to freely rebattle once.

Yeah see "Rebattle Once" can be interprited as one-time total. Not every team 1 time, but I'm glad I found this out like... now before it ends at least

I think there was some sort of visual bug or crazy delay, I had it too and so did several other people in my cluster:

After the first 3 rebattles, I could still fight ones I hadn't done yet, but it wouldn't show as either a victory or loss, and no mana orbs added.

But then after reset today (could have been earlier, idk, but at least several hours after doing the battles themselves,) it was displaying correctly and the number of mana orbs earned showed the proper amount.

how'd that all end up? 

I am reserving judgment, one thing the mode has done is dramatically increase how much our clan talks to each other which is good.

Personal performance was ok as well, i had 4 succesful defences and lost twice.

I dont understand the rebattle though.

I wont my three offensive battles, which meant i had rebattle tokens spare.

I used them on the mana shrine and won, but although i got a few orbs it didnt change the score or anything?

the shrine rebattles and the rebattle tokens are two seperate parts of siege. the rebattle tokens can be used if you lose a fight with one of your offensive scrolls and want to try again on the same opponent. 

the shrine rebattles don't cost any resources. once the shrine is down, every member of your clan can attack any and all of the teams there. you can only attack each individual team once, but you get to hit all 12 of them. the mana orbs are the only reward you get from them though; they don't affect siege scores.

It lagged quite a but after each battle, sometimes a minute sometimes I had to exit siege and come back multiple 

I had to completely exit out of Siege mode for the "Rebattle" button to disappear after I had already fought.

Coming up with 7 or 8 or whatever it was completely unique teams was interesting though.  Had to dig deep for the last few battles!  There's also some strategy in which teams you use early on, you don't want to use your best team first and in your clan you want your top performers to hold their keys to clear any potential roadblocks the clan runs into.  Same goes for set up, you want your best defenses a long the path they have to take instead off of on side routes.

Our opponent's best players went super early and their weaker players couldn't overcome some of our defenses so they never even got to the stronghold.  (we were also horribly matched up, kinda feel bad for them. but only kinda.)

Did I miss something? My defense scrolls are still 0/2 - when do they refresh?

It's not you, it's me. We've just been building different Strongholds for a long time now, going on different directions in Live... and it's time your defenses went somewhere else.
