Hi ok I just made a new account 3 days ago and used sun wukong code. I'm currently level 22. And this ninja hero didn't pop up for me. Does that mean I'm not eligible to get it? Since my account is like 3days old? 

There was a brief window when Ninja was announced returning, but the Sun Wukong code was active. 

And yeah, you could only choose one of the two when starting a brand new account.

Same situation here. But my question is, if we get to a certain lvl by 15 august, would we be able to get ninja? Is there a minimum lvl requirment for new users to get him or only with the code? Because i don't want to start a new account only for ninja.

If you didn't get his pop up last week cause you were brand new or hadn't started, and you entered a code for Wukong, I don't expect you can get Ninja without starting a new account on a new device. Sorry!

Can anyone confirm that I may safely hold him in the store tab unclaimed (to save points for cvc or something)?

Until his event ends, sometime mid august

It has 99 days on the item in your mailbox so I would assume that you could keep him there for 99 days. 

Yeah, but the champ chase/cvc points are at the time you claim him from the store, even if he goes to your inbox, and you have until aug 15th to do that
