I am delighted to say I have eventually completed this challenge. I would like to thank you all very much for your advice and support, brilliant troops. 

In your defense, a lot of the missions and challenges are poorly worded and explained. It's one of the most common things in the bug reports section. They really need to rewrite them.

Unfortunately need to rewrite alot more than just those.
