Obviously I think Norog is long overdue for a buff. That's why he is much earlier in the thread, along with Ignatius, whose non-100% debuffs and long cooldowns are a crime against all Ogryns.

For the job of block buffs, Umbral also has a better kit. Just turn off the A3 and let her rock out. Two Epics outperfrom the poor OG Skinwalker.

Make that three epics. I pulled Ostrox today during the Odin boost, and he can keep Block Buffs up better than Norog too.
