Yes, it's true, I completely agree. You only promote new players, by the way, you give them everything, and you don't give a damn about old players. I had to figure everything out on my own, and new players have everything served on a plate, keep doing this and you will start saying goodbye to old players, because if you don't give a damn about us...

Okay, sure, new player get to choose ONE code to get a champ to start their accounts with. Most of the choices are champs that were previously 7-day log in champs, so anyone who was already playing already has them.

This is probably the only thing in the entire game where "old" players aren't catered to specifically.

I think it's good to give meaningful legendaries to new(er) players just because dear lord, there needs to be a catchup mechanic of sorts. I don't think people understand sometimes how important it is for new players to gain and keep an interest in the game.

As well, existing players have received the holiday gifts, 7 day logins, etc. so to say or imply older players don't get anything is a bit off.

If someone starts an account today they can use a code to get Monkey, OR udk, OR alice, or probably half a dozen more I don't know of off the top of my head, but they can only pick one.

Someone who's been playing for 3 years will have gotten, just for free as 7-day log in champs during that time:

Deliana, Ronda, UDK, Artak, Monkey, Rathalos, Loki, Ninja, Skeletor, and Alice.

Looks about right to me. 

Looks right ,but if you want to start over and make new player, you can't use any of the codes for new players... Why not make them reusable if starting over? The game remembers your device, and even if you delete the data from your phone or the game itself, and reinstall the game, you still are considered old player

It's a measly one, but it's the first all-player code in a while.  

Yeah, not great. I'm still rather happy with the bonus stuff/champ from the reward calendar minus the slightly ill timed gear swap token. The trend of goodies/extras coming from non promo codes continues, it seems.

Ive been playing Raid for awhile why does the brand new code TriviaDungeon say "This code is only Valid for New Players"  what the heck plarium this is supposed to be for all players

no.  it must be some bug with my account.  because I deleted plarium and reinstalled it and it still doesnt work.  tried in game and on the website still getting New player only message

I'd contact support at this point.

Are you using any odd characters by any chance? Any stylizing like that needs to be copied and pasted to match your account.
