I think you're completely mistaken.  I certainly don't know the details, but this is a huge promotion involving one of the largest corporations on the planet.  The "issue" will cost both Amazon and plarium both accounts and revenue.  If the problem is on Amazon's side I'm sure plarium will hold them to the fire to fix it asap, and visa versa.  Im sure it's on the top of their priorities right now.  Both have frustrated potential customers and potential loss of revenue.  And one is being held accountable by the other.  that the way I have it figured.
