I just had a view on the rewards for the first tournament.

You get a void shard as highest reward, which is okay....the other rewards are just ..*meh*  for me.

For people with early game accounts, the rewards may be worth it to run the tournament...so they most likely will not have the champs to run it efficiently.

For me (considering myself late-game) the void shard would be a good reward. 

Anything up to the void shard on the milestones is not enticing for me. 

The rewards for position...ahm...perhaps there are some good relentless stuff, if I WIN the tournament...but seriously...blue gear is not event been looked at before it is sold..and 5* epic is almost the same...

Overall...the rewards are not enticing enough for me to sonsider running these events. 

You put a lot of effort into marketing and hyping this event...but it fails on the first glance to be of interest for me.

I think the idea of these events is great, but the rewards are so underwhelming - disappointed.

I have a working FK 25 team using just demonspawn but whether i will bother? i am not sure as its a slow team

Could at least give us super raids....

What is bad? Pretty easy free stuff on right while double dipping in DD.  And if you get a weak group, a bonus shard on top of it just for using daily energy in spider....

And there's a 2x on Sylvan accessories which we're all likely lacking, as well. Seems decent at worst, to me.

I'll admit I've been a bit disappointed in these rewards.  When the whole event was organized I thought Plarium might step out of their comfort zone a little and run these events a bit differently, including adding better rewards.

At the moment it's pretty much the same as a normal faction only event, which makes me wonder why there was even a need to do a voting system to begin with.

That is one of the main points for me. 

Plarium did spend the ressources to hype and promote these tournaments. They did build up a website and voting system for the player base and in the end it is nearly the same tournament as always.

Yes, there is an event with Sylvan accessories...but basically I do not see the connection between the tournament and the x2 events for artifacts. Those x2 events have existed before...and they have been run before. If the reasoning is, that there is also a x2 events for specific items, I would counter that the x2 event could also be run while ignoring the tournament. Using the x2 event to argue that the tournament is good does not connect with me. The tournament as it has been designed is that bad that it needs another motivation like the x2 events to even be considered acceptable to run it. That is more my way of thinking.

And I prefer running the x2 event on lvl 25 Spider than the tournament at lvl 20.

This sums up my feelings

All the hype, all the attempts to generate 'excitement' and its essentially the same stuff as before, and the 999999 times before that.

Ice Golem with a legendary book as first price in the rewards is actually the first torunament I will go for. This reward for every other tournament and it would have been great altogether.

I too was pleasantly surprised to see a leggo book as the final reward. THIS, Plarium, we need more of this!
