You forgot an important difference: Coldheart has 2 more useful skills that make her valuable in many other instances. Healing reduction and poison are amazing in almost all circumstances. Decreased accuracy and a self heal are useless in most cases. Also Coldheart's A3 deals way more damage + she has an extra crit rate on it.

champion power doesnt affect the dmg output. the champion power statistics were adjusted. since resist would give the champion too much power points

she's a late game champion. she needs those stats, and high level bosses, 
she needs the situation she was made for

every champion performs best in their designed situation. 
a coldheart isnt gonna crit for 3 milion on a champion. it needs the final level dungeon bosses to do that. context matters here significantly

People keep complaining that certain buffs didn't come to X champ. Yet if they read the champion rebalance thread they would know that buffs are coming in waves. Be patient people. I know it's hard, but they already said they're working on them. SOON

He is still trash.  He *seemed* like a champion built for arena.  Instead, they changed him into a champion that is merely ok for clan boss.  And even then, you have to waste a bunch of legendary tomes on him just to make him on par with someone like Aothar as far as poisons. 

And his att and def down are too unreliable to use as your primary att and def down.  So, they didn't fix Tomb Lord, they only changed him to make him worthless in a different way.

I also wish, that Plarium didn't change that the atk2 hits always critical and yes, Tomb Lord is no Rochard, Martyr or Rae, but I tested him in arena (Gold IV) with a matching team (Psylar, Kymar and Altan) and in all dungeons and he does a good job. Boost his speed, acc and crit quote and you will see.

And his atk3 is still unique and very useful in arena! 

I don‘t know how good Tyrel is, because he is always dead before he could make his first move against my arena team including Tomb Lord... ;-)
