Instead of telling people not to waste energy you should give a compensation like 100 free energy and 1 day double exp boost for server issues. It’s not the players fault that the server are unstable.

Also it is really unprofession if you just get kickt out of the game without a warning for server maintenance. You should make a ingame message that warns you 5 min befor server shut down.

There is One big Problem -> More than half of users try to kick clan boss in time but can't.

I am with you  guys. Its moren than the half day that this issue comes again and again and again. A compensation for all players is a very nice motivation and a method to say: thank you for your support. And to say: we are sorry about that unstable server thing. 

So please, bring that Computer on and throw some little presents out. My farming plan runs away for today....

i used a 500 energy refill 6 hours ago, less than one hour before the update, with the server issues i still nt managed to use it : i loss so many energy production, i'm really pissed.

This is insane. Waste of energy all day and no rewards for dungeon fights. Wtf!

Following your post Roxx, we do receive a warning message a little bit before they shutdown the server, however I agree with you, we should have a compensation, I currently have a double XP running but only did 5 battles since this morning, so yes, I compensation is not a bad thing Plarium 

Taken from another thread. There will be comp for this. Who knows what it will be so I'd suggest putting in a ticket if you used any energy consumables as well as XP boosts.
