after server down i lost my 900gems???? lol... 



mr plarium i lost 900gems after shot down server.. would like to get them back i dont understand whats happen i didnt spend them... saved them for farming mino my god..

Looks like you messed up the whole game, lagging missing gems missing keys you guys are just batting a thousand on doing anything right! Who is testing these updates a monkey that smokes and only has one eye and the other one is cloudy? Stop using your game to give the whales what they want and fix the stuff for the regular players you are going to lose more of your player base or a lot of medium spenders like me.

It's taking multiple attempts to log in. Lag is out of control. It takes ages just to close the stupid popups which sometimes leads to disconnection. Don't even think about trying to upgrade equipment...


Time to hire new beta testers.

I lost also and nothing happen...... they didnt even say something or make it back... am sooo upset in this game... really is all broken ... if they dont give my gems back.. i will make sure it will know everybody everywhere...

Hello!

90 min and CB still don t reset...and i got lag everywhere in the game...5-20 sec lag
It's taking multiple attempts to log in. Lag is out of control. It takes ages just to close the stupid popups which sometimes leads to disconnection. Don't even think about trying to upgrade equipment...

Sadly there are currently lags in the game due to the post-release technical difficulties. While most of the issues have already been fixed, we are still working on several things and monitoring the server well-being.

This is one of the post-release issues we had. Currently, this particular bug should not occur. If you see it again, please report it to our support team.

I did contact them already and as i expect .... rude unhelpful doesnt care at all because they think is untouchable?? but is same like robber something or lie in contract or whatever you want to call it because i paid for something i got and then i lost it due Plarium unstability and unprofessional execution of patches which are we waiting months to then be game destroyed weeks... and dont care at all about your customers ? only for whales who spends tousands? i spended also bit cash not tousands but some and didnt care.. and got answer we stated already we not returning anything??? what a BS... but as i said i will let know on every mass grp pages how you treat ppl , fb and so on.. also will ask in business inspection office if is that legal that due game issues i lost things i bought and got that rude unprofessional answer which i was waiting 2 DAYS for...

Our support team cheeked account from those tickets, and gems were traded for shard beforehand. There was a validated shop action.

yea same answer as i expected... but i didnt use them for shards because i bought packs... i will make sure to tell ppl about it... because was not on my side mistake or bought as was said... and also not spend a penny anymore..

absolute crap...spent over 500 usd in the last 2 months..for bs...keep getting kicked from server...do tournaments and these people take my energy and dont give me fricking points for te tournament im in at the time..just absolute bull crap this is ran very very very poorly...i want my 500 dollars back honestly

So it's normal if we can't login this morning? I try to connect to the server since 1 H et i still have a error message.

Those several server optimizations that we implemented this week were needed for stabilizing the server and renewing the game stable performance. Yesterday, when the Spider Tournament started, the load on the server increased drastically once again. The server could not manage to execute all the operations properly, hence, all the freezes, long loading times, tourney points not being registered etc. We had to take some radical measures to help the server, that why the long maintenance was needed. As you can see, the game performance is still not perfect, which means that we will need to implement some more fixes. The reason why some of you experience problems more than others is that some server segments are more loaded than others.

Guys, I know that things have been rough lately. We are doing our best to eliminate all the server issues asap, to make the game playable, and what is more important - enjoyable.
