BTW I've spoken my opinion on the matter already nothing more needs to be said worthy of typing 

did i see somewhere that when war is accepted all attack limits are off?? 

 so therefore if you don't accept war the attacks can only have X amount of troops.. yes/no?

so it might be silly to accept war in certain circumstances...

and just because it is part of the game does not mean it is a smart thing to do..
