This may suprise you but their are probably more players with alt than their are players who follow the rules. This is a sad thing that people feel they have to cheat to win. The game would be alot more fun if everyone played by the rules.

I have one account, however, players in the chat room talk about their multiple accounts and how they benefit by using them.  I'm not sure if it is possible or practical to control this form of cheating.  Of course, it is possible to have multiple Facebook, Microsoft,, Google, etc. accounts too.

Plarium is unwilling and unable to fix this problem. It has been a problem across all of their games for years. You can report them using Community > Support, but only if you have enough proof and screenshots to convince them, which is difficult. More info here: Alt Support

I use to spend a lot of money on this game, but after reporting people for multi accounting and the lack of response from plarium I am no longer willing to spend a single cent on this game, and trust me I use to spend a lot but no more.

PLARIUM YOU GUYS ARE SHOOTING YOURSELF IN THE FOOT AND DUE TO THE LACK OF YOU GUYS DEALING WITH THIS MAJOR ISSUE YOU LOSE COSTUMERS, NOW TELL ME WHAT BUSINESS OUT THERE ACCEPT LOSING PAYING COSTUMERS IN EXCHANGE FOR CHEATERS ???? DOES THAT SOUND LIKE A SOUND BUSINESS STRATEGY ....................................AND YOUR LACK OR WHAT I WOULD CALL IGNORANCE TO EVEN REPLY TO ANY OF MY REPORTED TICKETS SHOWS THAT YOU HAVE AS A BUSINESS LACK OF RESPECT FOR ANYONE REPORTING OVER AND OVER AGAIN CHEATERS.

this is not just a plarium problem its a problem in almost all mmortsg as well as mmorpg........i cant speak for plarium but many similar companys dont fix this problem as it actualy increases profit and as a company there is laws in place which state that a company can not knowingly decreese its profit

basicly as long as people are still paying then there is no reason for them or any other company in a similar situation to do anything to stop it...infact in some cases they would be breaking trading laws if they did

the only reason a very limited number of people get bans is because in the discloser they make it a rule.....that does not mean they have to chase up rule breakers just ban  them if there is definitave proof that someone has broken a rule ...this is due 2 advertising laws of some type

basicly we are the police they are just the judges that hand out a sentence

i have used micro transactions on lots of other games but eventualy come to  1 conclusion that its never worth paying for games that people can cheat in so easy or at all let alone paying for anything ingames as the items are only pixels and hold NO real world value..... there value can be changed at the drop of a hat by the games creators meaning u could be spending $1000 today for a item that is worth $1 tomorrow and is worth nothing in real life....or worse the game company or the game itself could be canceled/go bust and then all the $$$ u have spent holds no value at all.

if you pay via paypal and company does go bust u can claim back 45days worth of transactions as i have dne in the past when a similar game went bust.

well thats comforting to know tho usualy companys dont die over night and if a company wanted to they could deley the death of a game to avoid just that scenario

what a load of bull carp....theres endless alt accounts now and i doubt u guys will do a thing about it..... considering i reported a BH full of ppl that are clearly alts (as they all have the same name and started on the same date) and you guys are yet 2 do a thing about removing them from the game i wouldnt see how you guys would go about removing the more cleverly hidden fake accounts let alone keep on top of the other dirty tactics used in your games that make the ligit players unable to compeat in almost every aspect of the game

considering how blantley obvious they are 4 the avg player to see and the fact you ask for screen shots or proof just gos 2 show how little effort or care is put in on you guys behalf towards stoping this problem let alone controlling it......(not that its a problem for plarium as it increases profit )

frankly my original post is spot on and you guys are just another waste of space gaming company  out for the quick money that comes from the hype that is micro transaction gaming......very disappointed in the company tho extreamley happy i was smart enough 2 pick up on the lack of care on plariums behalf before i spent my money on games like i have b4

Captains! Alternative accounts is a topical issue at the moment. As you already know we have added limits within the game trading and gifting systems,  have implemented safeguards to prevent the effective use of alternate accounts to upgrade Brotherhood Objectives, etc. We periodically perform  "Botchecks" to reduce the number of alternative account in our game.

The best way to help us is to report such accounts to our Helpdesk. We carefully investigate into each issue on the reported alternative accounts to find out whether they're real or fake before blocking them. 

I reported many alt users, even provided with proofs, again and again. Screenshots of the same player REPLYING ME WITH DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS!!
I messaged him about he being kicked out of a bh for using alt to spy on others, he then replied with the alt saying he doesn't care. 

I proved it to YOU, 4 weeks ago! YET HE IS STILL RAIDING ME WITH ALL 3 ACCOUNTS!

I STRONGLY SUGGEST PLAYERS NOT TO PAY THIS GAME, TONNES OF MULTI ACCOUNT USERS AND PLARIUM WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

some players are predatory yes but some are just cheats and its clear 4 any 1 playing 2 tell the difference so why is it so hard 4 the people running the show???also as others have mentioned even when we  report people nothing seems 2 happen which becomes a pain when it happens over and over with out getting sorted.....

also as for asking us to gather the proof for you brings up the question as to how well your security in game works ( which then makes me question your other security features).......as well as this if i was to spend all my time reporting people for there multi accounts i wouldnt have time 2 actually play the game (i think this is why you guys are employed after all)....(lets face it them rubies aint real but the cash people pay is so use some of it to fix the problem)

yes u have put some small trade features in to help stop the basic benifits of a multi account/alt  ( tho for some reason u can still trade sketches) but the fact still stands that major features like combat , events and the like are still highly effected  by multi accounts  to the point its almost impossible 2 compete and down right anoying when they boast using there multi accounts yet never get punished ..(and as with all similar games once so much damage is done its impossible 2 fix)

ps...my frustration isnt just with plarium on this topic as i have mentioned in other msgs its a problem with  the majority of mmortsg as well as mmorpgs

JimmyR2,  we're trying our best to block possible ways to cheat and get rid of the alternative accounts that are there in the game. We're sure it's only a matter of time before the percentage of such issues is decreased to minimum. From time to time we perform "Bot Check" . It is a program that automatically blocks alternative and bot accounts.
