So, they are level 31, have just build level 1 gold and lumber and have not even build rum cellars? How can they have units???

No Tavern, no storage depots, how can tehy produce units?????

Ok, again, they have NO tavern, NO rum cellar, but are sending troops to me and attacking me in a coordinated strike (all hitting around teh same time).

So it is an orchestrated attack. As i said, the bots have no rum cellar, no tavern and their harbor infrastructure consist of only level 1 gold and lumber mines, how can they produce so many units?

since this is the ULTIMATE PROBLEM perhaps it is high time that someone from Plarium finally join us here

we can not send that much tickets how much bot havens they can generate 

we are the ones who pay for this game and not those who are paid.....

Dalira, I really feel for your situation, frustration and anger, have been living this for the last week.

Blasphemy, I for one appreciate all you are doing, I also understand you are the messenger to the Comminuty Manager, I am of the opinion this is a serious problem and needs to go higher up in the food chain at Plarium, surely they care enough for those of us that have invested cash in the past to show there is some type of security in the game, I would like to think that they also are mindful the effects this could have on their other games.

There is another important reason: we (CMs and mods) don't see inside havens, we have no access to logs, etc. Support can do all that, and they get your info as a part of the support ticket, not when we pass the info that "there is a problem".

As i said, Crowbar, i passed everything to the support. It would help me though, in case something slipped, if you assist me here and relay the provided information also on your behalf to the support.

As this is a rather pressing issue, it could speed things up. I mean 10 attacks, 8 of the orchestrated to hit alltogether with a time frame of 2 minutes, by EMPTY BOT havens, this is more than cheating. It proves, that someone is able to produce troops without tavern, without rum cellars etc.

I'm just an old gamer having played a small handful of online games and moderator of one, I would always bring in a developer when we had a serious issue so they could see first hand what is going on, I am of the opinion this is serious enough that they should take a quick read here. To me it's the integraty of the company at play here.

Blasphemy said she passed it on, and - believe me - she did. Also, our CM has confirmed that she passed it further. We did all that we could've done.

Hey, guys! I have passed this this information to our in-game security specialists. Thank you for letting us know. 

It seems one or two BH tried to sow distrust between the other BH and instead created distrust between honest players and Plarium.  For all we know some hacker group may be trying to blackmail Plarium itself.  We just do not know and can only voice guesses based on what we see in the game.  Plarium can maybe put out the fire, but the horses have already bolted from the barn.  How do they replace sadness and despair with hope and trust?

there is no cheating , they (plarium) have security script that identifies all violations
