nothing has changed at all. I was attacked by bot havens, all around level 30, all with no infrastructure, all with russian names. This clearly displays to me, that strike 2 is about to happen.
The bot havens have no rum cellars, yet they produce units.... They have no tavern. Yet they produce units.
I did not buy any of the haloween offers, Plarium, but now for sure, i will not spend a single dime on this game.
I hope also that you are going to reimburse me for my Losses, that occured by your corrupted and hacked game maschine.

And of course all further attacks that are going on my harbor from these bot managed accounts. They bots are doing a coordinated attack, all attacks will land within a time frame of 2 minutes , as you can see here:
So it is an orchestrated attack. As i said, the bots have no rum cellar, no tavern and their harbor infrastructure consist of only level 1 gold and lumber mines, how can they produce so many units?

But please, report all such issues to Support Team. It's very important, because we need to track such reports and we use specific channels for that. Different Departments receive the information about such issues from Support. Of course I can pass it directly to the responsible people, but many other detartments will now be aware of the issue then. So please, let's use the designated channels
It seems one or two BH tried to sow distrust between the other BH and instead created distrust between honest players and Plarium. For all we know some hacker group may be trying to blackmail Plarium itself. We just do not know and can only voice guesses based on what we see in the game. Plarium can maybe put out the fire, but the horses have already bolted from the barn. How do they replace sadness and despair with hope and trust?

there is no cheating , they (plarium) have security script that identifies all violations

The havens dont raid, they are not human Players and they have no buildings to produce troops, how can that be considered "fair" ????
Yes, Plarium said, everything would be fair, no cheating, scripting or hacking is possible with their game engine.
Ok, i ask myself now:
- how in hell can those empty (!) havens reach level 31? How on earth in a legit way? They have no (legal) way to earn that much experience to level to 31.
- how can those havens produce mass troops? There are no ressource building nor troop structures. Remember, those havens are basically empty.
- how can 14 of those bot havens plan an orchestrated attack against me (or other targets) all hitting within a 2 minute time frame?
How long does Plarium need to take some action when a ticket is submitted? I submitted a ticket days ago about a player with suspicious stats, and now I still see that player on the Prize Ransack tournament board.
I'm just an old gamer having played a small handful of online games and moderator of one, I would always bring in a developer when we had a serious issue so they could see first hand what is going on, I am of the opinion this is serious enough that they should take a quick read here. To me it's the integraty of the company at play here.I agree with this, but it's not in our power. Blasphemy asked for it before, and I'll reiterate your request, but that's the extent of what we can do.
