Guys, I understand your confusion. New players came to the server and actively attacking others. I understand that some of you may think they are cheating. However, only the investigation can show if they are playing fair or not. 

I have passed their details to our in-game security team, and they will check if there's anything suspicious about them.

Also I'd like to tell you that we run a security script daily. It identifies all suspicious activity on a server. If it finds something, it notifies in-game security specialists. This script is always evolving, so there's no way to hide from it.

I can assure you that this case will be carefully investigated. 

EDIT: We have already checked some players of RuAl a few days ago and found no violations. Today we will check more.

Knowing the biggest coiners in the game i highly doubt that Rual has 160 Players who spend even more then those coiners. Even the guys who spend thousands of Dollars dont use their fleet for first-wave attacks on presidios or bastions and they dont attack big every week, so Rual has to have 160 millionairs on their Team.

If this really should be the case, we all can start to play the lottery, because the possibility of winning is higher then the possibility of 160 millionairs combining their efforts to play plarium pirates ...

You accuse us of being that we have a lot of troops. They are absolutely honest. It's not in thousands of dollars, not hacking. We are on the ru server  play more than 2 years. We well know how to play. And you either learn or do not cry.

You've seen the screenshots from the ru server , it's true, there really is such army. And we came here to fight the same armies. Because we know how.

In the future please take the time to screen and train your moderators.  I've been reading this forum for some time now and it seems the moderators first response is to put the full burden of proof on the player reporting a complaint or concern.  In all due respect, given that we are players not moderators or game developers, that is both unrealistic and impractical.

If I pay for a service as an end user and see a problem I report it.  That is my job as the user...the job of the developer is to follow up and investigate the complaint.  That is what they are PAID to do by me, the user.  Your moderators seem to think that Plarium will only pay attention to indisputable proof provided by an end user.  How, may I ask, can a player do so when they do not have access to the gaming scripts and programming?  When they are not part of the security? 

These players come here with concerns and are treated as if they are the ones in control of the game by the moderators.  The situation now is dire and yet the moderators have the inability to provide substantive guidelines about whom to contact and how. Also treating each player with aplomb familiarity when the situation is serious is demeaning to the player.

Also,when experienced users who have played extensively provide empirical evidence, such as time it takes to reach a level, build units, etc., they should be respected and listened to and not summarily dismissed because they can not hand over the hack or scrip that made that possible.
