Least in my case I got lucky and got a good one. But I do see your frustration having been stuck with the barrel discount last time this happened.

from what I've noticed, maybe wrong but fixes like this generally occur at the end or beginning of a month.

And you guys are talking about 70 and 30 procent offers on troops. I didnt get that one for 2 years! Yes, Im a coiner but that doesnt mean that I dont want those offers. So fix that also when your at it, its not fair.

Yes its fixed. Now I have a 25% offer on skins instead of 50, LOL. But glad that the wheel is not stuck anymore. Now lets hope I finaly get some good offers, just like all the others, but for now: Thank you very much for fixing this issue

Mine has been stuck on Skins the past week or so. This was not the first time it happened though. A few months ago, I think it was stuck on Barrels.
