For months, I have been getting discounts on skins, barrels, or resources (mostly barrels though). You say that players will now get more varied offers which is absolutely not true. Sure, I don't get barrel discounts for an entire week, just for a couple of days before it changes to resources. YAY.
Players like me who are unfortunate to be stuck with these kinds of useless discounts are put into a disadvantage by players getting improvements, forts, veteran units discounts, etc. I don't think I've seen a veteran units discount since 2015 to be honest.
I still get offers for Skins more than I would like but I am getting other offers now, even some I have used, so the update has done something. Something is better than nothing.Thank you for the feedback, Captain!
I had improvements for about a week, and then they started to change. Back to the usual useless stuff now.Aahaa! Okay! And when is it considered a bug? After 5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks?

Stucked with 50 percent discount on skins (already have a skin) How long does it take to get that freakin thing going again!!!! Also a year, just like the ghost messages!? This is insane!
And you guys are talking about 70 and 30 procent offers on troops. I didnt get that one for 2 years! Yes, Im a coiner but that doesnt mean that I dont want those offers. So fix that also when your at it, its not fair.

from what I've noticed, maybe wrong but fixes like this generally occur at the end or beginning of a month.

The system is based on random. Unfortunately, we can't make the WoF to give you only offers you want.
I get the "50% off on all buildings" for weeks now!! (far more than 2)...
And the answer for my ticket was "let me explain you something: it's normal because you are in a category of players having more chances to get it..."

I have screenshots that show the 9th, 11th, 13th, and 14th I had 50% off Skins. On the 10th it was 60% off Skins and I missed getting a report for the 12th and don't remember exactly what it was. So here is proof that 5 out of 6 days were Skins discounts, now can we agree that is a Bug, well I really hope this isn't it working correctly.
