Version 2.32 of Mech Arena has arrived in the stores! Check out the list of additions and improvements below:
- We've laid the groundwork for an epic, space-bound Event called Solar Survivor, in celebration of the Plarium Anniversary. It'll start very soon, and comes with a ton of awesome goodies.
- Maps: As part of Solar Survivor, we'll be releasing three new 5v5 Deathmatch Maps. They'll release alongside the Event, although they'll remain a permanent fixture in the game.
- Bug Fix: We've resolved an issue that could cause the Shadow and Eclipse Mechs to be targeted even while their Abilities were in effect.
- Bug Fix: We've fixed a problem where Pilot Level Up Objectives would fail to register in certain circumstances.
- Bug Fix: We've tweaked Gatecrasher's Ion Pod Ability so it will damage enemy Mechs even after Gatecrasher is destroyed.
- Bug Fix: We've fixed an issue in the Derby Event UI which was causing the word 'New' to display incorrectly.
- We've also made a number of minor tweaks and optimizations.

Just a few words about Matchmaking on this game,
Would you as a game developer like your game to be unbalanced to death? Anyway, ME NO! And I have the proof:
Look at this player's profile, I played against him, and tell me what you think is wrong?
Well the answer is: It's not normal that I go 4000 power and that this player at 647 power is my opponent. That's not fair for him (And for me if it was in the other way).
And many of you are going to say to me, "Why aren't you happy? It's a battle won in advance, so why are you complaining?". First of all I'm complaining because ME TOO I'm going through this kind of things, to face myself against people with 5500 power when I only have 4000 AND IT'S NOT FUN AT ALL! So imagine this guy how he must find this game AWFUL because he just got BUSTED BY ME because of a really bad Matchmaking.
Look at the images! He just started playing this game and he gets placed with players who have 7-8 times his power, it's not normal! So you Plarium, don't try to deny what I'm saying, because in every game, the basis of a good fight is good Matchmaking. And yet it's the thing that can destroy an entire game so FIX IT because it's ruining the experience of 90% of players on this game.
MAJOR COMPLAINT. Major problem. I see players DE power their mechs by taking off one weapon on several or replacing 3 or 4 high power mechs w their first small ones, then leaving ONE mech with a high power disc etc to go kill small players entire hangers. They bait people in chats and get them to fight, thinking that the bnaiting player has (for example) only 1500 power when its realy a 10,000 power experienced player who is scamming for many many wins. What can be done about this?

It could be a penalty for using Matchmaking abuse. Players who are dropping SP will be paired with stronger opponents.
