Obviously killing voidghost is easy when your stuff is max and you have every equipment in the game already at your fingertips. Most of the voidghost you'll be facing, as with everything else, will naturally be weaker than you.
Every voidghost I face is maxed with either burrow beams, geminis or stormracks, so they're actually stronger hp than a few of my mech that I've killed them with
"play better" lol in this game ? Where the outcome of every match is compromised even before the match starts ? Who knows which team will get the good bots and which one will get the dumb bots. Also it keeps happening more and more often that I'm with 1-2 other players Vs a full players team, that's a lost match before it even starts.
And how do I know if the opponent is gonna use voidghost as his 1st 2nd 3rd 4th or 5th mech? So that too it's down to luck, cause who knows what mech I'll be using when the voidghost enters the battle.
It's a blatant paid cheat.
Oh and I even killed voidghost with a weak combo and epic weapons, 2 years ago nomad and ember 12s used to be by best mech, it's never in my hangers anymore but sometimes I put it in one of my hangers for the day for abit of nostalgia, and 2 weeks ago I put it in one of my hangers for tournaments, I killed about 10 voidghost ls with it that day in tournaments,
So yeah there a lot of mech and combos that can easy kill it if you go after it and wait for its ability to end
It was the same when a lot of mech first came out, seeker, surge, eclipse, deathwaker, they all felt invincible and were all really hard to kill at first, but learning to play better to counter them just takes abit of practice
Surge and Eclipse both got NERFed and Deathwalker had a bug with its ability that got patched which was effectively a NERF compared to how it initially performed though it was never intended to be that way. And seeker is still freaking stupid.

Okay but you're still quite close to max and I'm far from yet I can still sometimes face up to near max players and one of the few things that levels the playing field for me is I can still shoot at those much higher level players and system crash them. Can't do that to voidghost while its ability is active which can be 2x5.2 seconds or up to 10.4 seconds at a time. And then I'm supposed to follow it. What out in the open where not just it but everything around it is significantly higher level than me?

In showdown it's easy to follow. In normal matches and tournaments, wait until you get killed by it so you know what name has got it, then go after them with either eclipse, surge, seeker, nomad, mimicker, redox, or blizzfrost and it's an easy kill if you wait for its ability to end when it's fighting one of your teamates,
And put either compound beams, revokers, burrow beams, charge rockets, geminis, or even stormracks on those mech I mentioned and it's easy kills once you stalk it and wait for the ability to be over,
In normal matches if your not maxed then you shouldn't see any voidghosts that are maxed so they'll only have one ability to use, but tournaments and showdown you'll see them an thats plariums fault for not fixing match making, it's not the mech itself, it performs as it should at maxed level
But yeah anyway just stalk it and go after it with any combo you can come up with out of those mech and weapons, compounds are definitely more effective if your mech aren't maxed

It happens when you get weapons beyond your tier. Grow stronger.
Stop playing if too much. Grind harder. Get better. Players are creature of habit. Find the routine. Find the chink in armor.
I've been playing a year +, not once have I finished a full win on hanger showdown, either over powered, or scrappy partners. Yet in regular matches I do excellent. Then do horrible with the same mechs in that hangar showdown how is that.
