No brother, for people who had spent resources in weapons that are being nerfed is highly unlawful. Nerfing such weapons should be given due compensation because the players had invested a lot in that particular weapon and it would be very hurtful if their maxed out weapon becomes weaker. However I never mean that mechs or weapons shouldn't be nerfed at all. Equal importance to all in-game content is the priority
And for the Gemini nerfing, it should be done on its range and not on its damage. Mechs like Lancer and Lacewing get on top of buildings and use the unusually long range of 170m to hit any opponent who falls under that range. And sadly, there are many maps where you cannot stay out of Gemini's 170m range. I seriously don't know whether Geminis are actually guided weapons or modified sniper weapons??
I think you have gotten to the top ranks before Geminis are available for in-game currency and that's why you speak like this. Firing Geminis require very little skill (no offense) and for players who pair Geminis with either Lancer or Lacewing, no exceptions.
