They banned the korrosion account for a year so I'm replying from this account (until it gets banned) and no they won't manually add them anymore.. apparently you can ( I can) only have 1 account but everyone else can including their official content ctreator Ruffles that has 4 accounts on the same device and is able to use promo codes on ALL his accounts.. I've been singled out and my account has been hindered by the development team. If you speak negative in any way about this game or the team running it enough you'll get under their skin and they will mess up your account.

I see nothing in the terms of use that prevents anyone from having more than one account. In fact Plarium Play actively supports multiple accounts and switching between them. The email to you from support alludes to "mass account creation", so I assume it's not a case of multiple accounts but too many accounts (from Plarium's perspective).

Anyway I hope it gets resolved. Good luck for that.

On a side note, I wonder how blocking promo codes protects the system from mass account creation.

3 accounts... 1 p2w account,  1 chump change account and a f2p. They said there is no fix for the seeable future. All research I've done points to my account being red flagged by a person and not a system. They blocked all 3 accounts from using promo codes.

I'm not sad... it is bs but it's just proof of what I've been saying about them, the reason they block me from promo codes... They Are Shady! :-)

My account was registered during the first few days of global launch 4+ years ago, promo codes worked with no problems after the release of them up until a month or so ago... so whatever nonsense this plarium employer is saying is nothing but lies to brush off the truth. This problem has nothing to do with my account registration from over 4 years ago causing issues with promo codes only starting a month ago.

So my account has been compromised by the development team and I will be taking full actions on this matter... there is no denying that this company is dirty, shady and rotten towards their community. I've spent a ton of money on this game only to be cheated out of my account for speaking up about the twisted behavior from this company and it's employees. If any of you trust this company and give them your money, you'll truly be a moron.. don't fall for these undeserving crooks crap, they are scammers not developers!

I knew that the developers have went into my account and did something to screw with it.. promo codes used to work for my account but now they mysteriously no longer work for my account? Seems awfully shady to me!

Is there any reason why ALL promo codes say "sorry, only for new players" every single promo code including the ones mentioned above?

Why can't I use this MECH4YEARS promo code but other people who have been here just as long as me say they get to use it?

Why does MECH4YEARS say only for new players when I try to use it? Seems everyone other than me get to use it.

I give you some advice: do not waste time in this game, study or find a job on your own, then you can spend if you want, but do not become poor because of this game, because that is what will happen.
