All the response teams come backs are always the same. And so not helpful unemotional noncaring, then when the natural human response which is irritation / anger come into play it's calm down be nice or else. These people have done this with all the issues or tickets I've ever filed grived. They blame me or pass the buck. I have literally never been to a customer service meeting or heard of this tactic. Well, there was that one time on Chappelle show season 1 EP 1 - pop copy. Blame deny lol
